Delivery information

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days most within 48hrs, however this is not always possible so please allow 7 - 10  working days for delivery.Some items, mainly the larger more expensive ones are ordered in, this prevents us from selling old stock, though delivery to you is still within 7 to 10 working days on these.If delivery falls outside 14 working days we will contact you with the option to cancel the order.Some items that are likely to have a longer delivery time will have the approximate delivery times stated with the product description.

You will be notified when your order is despatched by email, stating whether the order has been despatched by royal mail or courier.

If no one is available to sign for Royal mail recorded items, you wil be left a card to let you know you need to collect from your local post office or rearrange for re-delivery.If the items are not collected from the post office or delivery rearranged within 7 days, the items will be sent back to us and an additional postage charge will need to be paid before we can resend the order.

If no one is available to sign for courier sent items you will be left a card to rearrange delivery. If you fail to sign for the items when redelivered the items will be sent back to us and an extra delivery charge will need to be paid before we can resend your order.

Large or heavy orders may be sent by Royal mail standard parcels which may take 3 to 5 days once despatched.

This covers us in the event of stock running low due to sudden, popular demand,our suppliers being low on stock or when we attend any shows with our trade stand. If a delay is expected we will let you know and keep you informed.

Returns Policy and conditions of delivery

Please report any damages or shortages to us within 3 working days of delivery in order for us to send a replacement and/or contact the carriers.In the case of damages the carriers may request to see the package or for low value items we may at our discretion send out a replacement prior to the carriers investigations. In the event of shortages please keep the packaging incase a claim needs to be made with the carriers. Any damaged packaging must be signed for as damaged on receipt otherwise a claim cannot be made.

All proof and details on posting is kept by us, this allows us to keep a check on the weight of the package when sent out so that we can check what the package weight was in accordance to what it should have been when containing a certain number of items etc in the event of a shortages claim.

Please report all non deliveries within 14 working days of despatch so that we can contact and put a claim in with the carriers.

In accordance with the distance selling regulations you the customer have a right to cancel your order within 7  working days  when you have contacted us either in writing or by email through the company's contact details shown below. If the goods have already been received please return them to the address below unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging, being fit for resale. 

Your refund will reach you within 30 days (postage costs are paid by the customer)

All goods returned must be in their original packaging and unused or damage by the customer.
