We aim to despatch all orders within 3 to 4 working days of cleared payment being received, most of which are sent out within 48 hours, though this isn't always possible as we specialise in breeding/cat show products we use many different suppliers to source our products and delays can occasionally arise due to fluctuations in orders, suppliers/manufacturers being out of stock/materials, delays with couriers, holiday periods etc so please allow upto 10 working days for delivery after cleared funds have been received by us.

PLEASE NOTE; Echeque payments take approx 10 working days on average to clear and as we can't send out any goods until cleared payment is received for the order please do not use this form of payment unless you are prepared to wait to receive your order in approximatly two weeks time.

Cheques/postal orders take approx 4 working days to clear once received by us.

Payment by debit/credit card through Paypal or payment using your Paypal balance clears the same day/ instant.

We are arranging for facilities to enable us to take payment over the phone which will hopefully be ready in the near future.

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days most within 48hrs, however this is not always possible so please allow 7 - 10  working days for delivery.Some items, mainly the larger more expensive ones are ordered in, this prevents us from selling old stock, though delivery to you is still within 7 to 10 working days on these.If delivery falls outside 14 working days we will contact you with the option to cancel the order.Some items that are likely to have a longer delivery time will have the approximate delivery times stated with the product description.

Large or heavy orders may be sent by Royal mail standard parcels which may take 3 to 5 days once despatched.

This covers us in the event of stock running low due to sudden, popular demand,our suppliers being low on stock or when we attend any shows with our trade stand. If a delay is expected we will let you know and keep you informed.

Depends on the order,

Most of  our items are sent via Royal Mail with small/light orders sent mainly by 1st class recorded post that does require a signature. Larger/heavy orders will go by either standard parcels or courier. If you would prefer a signature not to be needed on delivery please make a note in the comments box at the checkout and we will send by normal first class or standard parcels.

If you require a faster delivery please contact us and we will see what we can do, we may be able to send certain orders out via a quicker delivery service for an extra fee dependant on weight. 

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order.

The cost will vary from £2.95 - £7.99. The weight will be added up at the checkout to determine the postage cost.

We mainly use Royal mail. Small/light orders are normally sent 1st class recorded with some larger/heavy orders going via Standard parcels. If you make a note in the comments box at the checkout to leave your order somewhere if you are out (at your own risk) then we will send via normal first class post (or standard parcels for heavy/large orders)so that a signature isn't required with a note on the parcel stating your instructions leaving it at the delivery services descretion whether as to leave it.
